Our client, a dynamic player in the production industry, is seeking a Production team member to join their team. As a Production team member, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, the ability to follow directions, and a commitment to food safety, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Location: Rice, MN Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour Shifts: 1st Shift = Monday – Friday (7 AM – 3 PM) 2nd Shift = Monday – Friday (3 PM – 1 AM) What's the Job? Work at a fast pace to meet production goals. Lift up to 50 lbs, utilizing upper body strength. Rotate through three positions on the production line. Adhere to food safety policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members. What's Needed? Ability to follow directions accurately. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
