Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Seeking an experienced
Behavior Specialist with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification for an elementary school setting in Eden Prairie, MN.
This contract position is ideal for professionals committed to
supporting students' behavioral development and fostering a
positive learning environment during the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans
tailored to individual student needs. Collect and analyze data to
monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support
student success. Provide direct one-on-one or small group support
to students requiring behavioral assistance. Assist in training and
guiding staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
(RBT) required. Experience working with elementary-aged students in
a school environment. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
principles and strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills to effectively collaborate with educators and families.
Commitment to promoting positive behavioral change and inclusive
educational practices. Location: Eden Prairie, MN Assignment Type:
Contract for the current school year (CSY) School Level: Elementary
