Job Description:

with a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist. Located in

Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will play a critical role in
managing our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest standard
of care and service to our customers. Dispense and supervise the
dispensation of medications safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Conduct medication therapy management reviews and wellness
programs. Maintain accurate patient records, keeping track of
medications and their effects. Educate patients on medication
usage, side effects, interactions, and other vital information.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and disposing of
medications under regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations concerning pharmacy operations.
Provide excellent customer service, answering any inquiries and
managing conflicts as they arise. Collaborate with healthcare
providers to plan, monitor, and assess patient drug therapies.
In-depth knowledge of drug administration and health & safety
guidelines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in
EHR (Electronic Health Record) software. Ability to manage multiple
tasks and remain flexible under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state
pharmacist license. Certification in Immunization Delivery or
willing to become certified within the first 90 days of
employment.
