This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of our in-store pharmacy department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and service to our customers. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a team of pharmacy staff, oversee the safe dispensing of medications, and contribute to the health and wellness of the communities we serve. Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service, patient counseling, and public health outreach. Process prescriptions accurately and safely, while maintaining patient confidentiality. Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of medication and proper control of substances. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and improve clinical outcomes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations. Proficient in pharmacy management systems and technologies. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice. Certification in Immunization Delivery preferred. BLS for Healthcare Providers and/or ACLS certification.
