Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a
compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to
join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and
families to implement individualized treatment plans based on
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is essential
in supporting the development of behavioral skills and improving
the overall quality of life for our clients. The ideal candidate
will possess a strong understanding of behavioral health practices
and be committed to providing high-quality care. Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on
client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation. Educate
clients and their families about behavioral strategies and
techniques to promote positive behavior changes. Maintain
confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client
information. Assist in developing care plans tailored to each
client's unique needs. Collaborate with other professionals,
including therapists and educators, to ensure comprehensive support
for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional
development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
Experience Prior experience working with children, particularly in
a behavioral health setting, is preferred. Knowledge of medical
terminology and experience with medical records management is
beneficial. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
techniques and principles is essential. A strong understanding of
HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client
confidentiality. Previous experience in implementing behavioral
