Sales & Operations Planning Analyst

Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE: The Sales & Operations Planning Analyst is responsible for managing the Sales & Operations process and for leading project management and collaboration efforts with cross functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing) to execute monthly Sales & Operations Planning efforts for Restaurant Technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Manage S&OP process implementation to support optimal customer service levels, process efficiencies and working capital performance efforts * Collaborate with functional managers on Demand & Supply Planning solutions that result in process and cost improvements throughout the company * Support the Demand Planning team by facilitating the Consensus Forecasting process to deliver an agreed upon volume forecast that is aligned with input from the appropriate stakeholders (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance) * Own preparation of all data and metrics for review while identifying gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate * Prioritize forecasting improvement efforts against corresponding performance metrics (i.e. forecast accuracy, bias, and variability) * Facilitate Pre-S&OP management reviews * Lead system evaluation and implementation of new Supply Planning systems. * Support product life-cycle management initiatives (New Product Development and SKU rationalization) and their link to S&OP processes NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven program/project management skills with high tolerance for working in changing and ambiguous situations * Leadership skills ? act as a coach and company change catalyst, inspiring other team members to give their best effort while setting the direction for S&OP initiatives * Ability to lead through influence in order to drive operational strategy across the organization * Clearly understand internal and external customer value expectations and requirements to identify and eliminate problems and deliver higher customer satisfaction and more profitable growth REQUIREMENTS: * 5 to 10 years' experience in Demand and Supply Chain Planning, prioritizing competing priorities, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis related to Sales and Operations * Proficiency in Presenting Complex and Detailed Information to large groups of key leaders to gain "buy in" and direction * Ability to utilize demand/sales/resource planning data to plan "end to end" solutions * Must be able to Identify key areas of opportunity for Improvement and make recommendations on KPI enhancements * Keen decision making and ability to formulate resolutions to meet tight deadlines NEXT STEPS Thank you for your interest in a position with Restaurant Technologies.
