sales professional with proven experience in trailer leasing sales
and a strong background in outside sales or account management. You
communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and build lasting

an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact
for your customers, grow new and existing accounts, drive revenue,
and ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the
lifecycle of their lease and equipment needs. Location: St. Paul,
MN Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 Commission (commensurate

What does this job look like daily? Serve as primary point of
contact for customer account management matters Build and maintain
strong, lasting client relationships Proactively market services
through cold calling, mass mailing, and prospecting Attend industry
trade shows to generate new leads Conduct face-to-face meetings
with customers and prospects Stay current on industry trends and
market conditions Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and
sales activity Negotiate sales opportunities with new and existing
customers Manage maintenance, service work, and equipment sales for
customers Provide regular updates on account metrics, initiatives,
and forecasts to management Assist customers with setting up
commercial credit accounts Secure long-term full-service leases and
meet rental needs for trucks What do you need to do this job?
Associate’s degree or certificate in Business, Sales, or related
field 3 years of outside sales or account management experience,
with direct trailer leasing sales experience required Hands-on
experience selling, managing, or supporting trailer lease
agreements, including full-service or long-term leasing
arrangements Strong working knowledge of trailers, trucks, and
related equipment Proven ability to work independently with minimal
supervision Valid driver's license and ability to travel to
customer locations Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Proficient with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experienced
with Contact Management Systems (CMS) Highly organized with strong
attention to detail Ability to understand and influence customer
buying behavior Skilled in active listening, problem-solving, and
relationship management Adaptable, resourceful, and team-oriented
About the role The salary grade for this position ranges from
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per annum plus bonus (commensurate with
