breaking 2025 and looking to expand our team. If you are a good
communicator and comfortable talking with people, we think you
could be a great Insurance Agent in our agency. Primary
responsibilities would include selling (home, auto, boat, off-road,
condo, renters insurance, life, etc.) and servicing our insurance
offerings to new and existing customers. Insurance experience is
great, but not necessary to be successful in our agency! If you do
have experience, are having success, but want more and a better
culture, you should apply too! We have a heavy marketing budget and
our top sales agents are making $90,000-$135,000k We have an
amazing team that is here to help you be successful. We provide
hands on training along with a team concept of constant support. We
know if you aren't successful, we aren't successful. Come join us
at our agency in Brooklyn Park at a prime location off 610/Zane Ave
N. or our office on Main St in Rogers, MN 55374. Like to golf? We
have a golf simulator in our office too! The Sniezek Group Agency
is the largest, highest new business production and still growing
Allstate Insurance agency in MN. We have offices in Brooklyn Park,

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral
sources. Maintain customer relationships with follow up phone
calls, emails and face to face. Ensure positive customer experience
with every interaction. Provide customers with additional
information about new products and services. Review current
customer policies for proper coverage and discounts. Requirements
Confident, Self-starter who works well independently and as a team.
Willingness to learn and coachable. Exceptional communication
skills on the phone and via email (ability to type). Problem
solver. Every day presents a new challenge and opportunity. We want
you in the office in the beginning to learn from those around you,
but it can transition to some remote capabilities after 6 months.
Insurance license. We will help you obtain. Office and/or sales
experience
