Highlights: - Industry-leading compensation with additional draws and sales contests.

Responsibilities:
--- Gather leads through door-to-door knocking or personal leads
--- Ideal times to knock Monday-Friday are 4-7 pm and Saturdays between 10-2 pm
--- Maintain relationships with homeowners and check in on your files weekly with updates communicating with the Homeowners
--- Attend all Sales meetings and training

Qualifications:
--- 2+ years of experience in sales
--- Proven track record of successful sales experience or ability to learn and be trained
--- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
--- US Work Authorization
--- live in Minnesota or are able to relocate prior to interviewing
