motivated and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our
sales team to new heights.General Sales Manager Overview: We are
looking for a relational leader who will bring daily energy to our
sales team and love interacting with guests. This position will
lead by example and take TO's, coach, desk deals, appraise vehicles
and lead meetings. A vision for growth is foundational to this role
as we set big goals and achieve them. We are using Sellchology as a
partner to train our sales team which goes hand in hand with our
growth mentality. General Sales Manager Key
Responsibilities:Motivate, inspire and influence our
high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective
sales targets.Oversee growth plans for F&I, used, new and
commercial business units.Develop and implement strategic sales
plans to maximize profitability and market share.Foster a positive
and collaborative team culture focused on delivering outstanding
customer service and exceeding customer expectations.Conduct
regular sales meetings and quarterly conversations to provide
coaching, feedback, and support for continuous
improvement.Establish and maintain strong relationships with
customers, vendors, and industry partners to enhance the
dealership's reputation and network.Requirements: General Sales
Manager Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in
automotive sales, with a proven track record of success in a
leadership role.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in sales
management software and CRM systems.Results-oriented mindset with a
focus on driving performance and achieving goals.Demonstrated
ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective
strategies for improvement.Knowledge of automotive industry trends,
