JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Guest Services Representative works cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision. To serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the campus to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. Act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and to perform related duties as assigned. Enhance Westfields customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concerns and completes in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.Work Schedule: One-call/per-diem. These shifts cover AM, afternoon and evening shifts and shifts on all 7 days of the week.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:2 years experience as a Guest Services representative or closely relatedExperience such as a concierge (preferably in a healthcare setting).Congenial, proactive, and self-motivated individual.Familiar with/knowledge of emergency procedures.Able to multitask and prioritize in occasional stressful situations.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to effectively communicate orally and in writing with various groups of people and the publicAble to maintain strict confidentialityAssociate or bachelors degreeBenefits:At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we believe in providing our employees with exceptional benefits to help you thrive in your work.
