The position is in need of someone who is interested in familiarizing themselves with grills, patio furniture and all things outdoor living. -Are you looking for steady, full-time employment with great benefits? Engage with customers within the outdoor living area. Work directly on the sales floor, phones and registers daily. Process all store transactions according to established procedure, as well as training employees in these processes. Provide direction and product knowledge to staff. Foster teamwork within the team and to partners within the company. -Qualifications:

Ability to interact and build relationships with customers. Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform special orders using software-based programs. High-energy level. Demonstrates attention to detail and follow through with customer orders. Able to read and write English and perform basic math skills. -Minimum of three years sales experience and product knowledge or equivalent retail experience. - Demonstrates a wide variety of product knowledge specifically in outdoor living department and permanent trees. Advanced knowledge of all Bachman's retail procedures and products.Benefits:
