A 40+ year old manufacturing business in the beauty and personal care space. We work with the top companies in our industry from new startups to major corporations. We're looking for a dynamic individual to help drive our business into adjacent markets. Duties and Responsibilities
The role is responsible for analyzing, forecasting and driving sales order processes start to finish, starting with creation of product briefs to ensuring timely delivery of product to clients. Candidates should have a strong background in managing projects and customer relations. The role entails cultivating and maintaining excellent business relationships with internal and external customers, while identifying issues, analyzing information and developing solutions to complex challenges.
Define the scope of the client project in collaboration with manager and other internal stakeholders
Create a detail plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Ensure that all project related personnel receive an appropriate orientation as to scope and deliverables of the project
Sales lead for ERP/CRM systems
Establish and maintain relationship with assigned clients
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal personnel regarding pricing, order entry, item and BOM setup including any adjustments
Maintain high level of personalized customer service while setting customer/client expectations
Communicate appropriate project information with internal departments, sales staff and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects
Assess and improve the sales order and customer service processes
Analyze and report on sales order trends, daily and monthly reporting
Analyze syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) to produce action plans and suggestions for sales opportunities

Skills and Proficiencies
High drive/motivation with the ability to adapt to changing requirements required
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional and professional customer service skills with strong sense of ownership
Strong experience analyzing sales data and problem-solving skills
Prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordingly
Team player, but can excel independently in a fast-paced environment
Acute attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure with no supervision to meet tight deadlines
Effectively communicate with customers, clients and all members of organization
People management skills (evidence of directing and supporting people in a indirect environment)
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Business Administration or related degree
1-3 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service environment
2 years of experience in Project Coordination
Additional Requirements
Position is office based with the ability to travel overnight and visit various market areas (ranging from 10% to 30%)
Ability to work weekends as needed
Possesses a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Salary, Exempt (Not overtime eligible)
