Job Description:

The Outbound Sales Consultant III is primarily responsible for calling campaigns working leads to identify, qualify and secure business and sales opportunities for Deluxe. As an Outbound Consultant 3, you will either be assigned to a Program (working on calling campaign for an extended period of time) or Short Term Campaigns (moving from one short term campaign to the next upon completion). Requirements for this position include managing assigned workload so that all leads are contacted in a timely manner, executing campaigns in accordance with the strategy, and representing the company in a professional manner. Places outbound lead generation, profiling and/or sales calls. Uses time management skills and perseverance to achieve or exceed dials-per-hour, talk time and meaningful conversation targets Fully utilizes technology to increase productivity, manage relationships and sales process and increase the effectiveness Generates and builds a relationship with customers or prospects and teaches and provides insight that he/she has not yet considered Effectively manages relationships and interest though the complex and multi-step sales process Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Basic computer knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High School/GED or Tech Certification Experience: 1 year of Sales experience. Customer service experience. Call center experience. Critical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Builds rapport with clients, team members and leadership Understands the client's needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
