Job Description:
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Develops, implements, maintains, and improves supply chain /
logistics plans, processes, and standards including:Ensures local
and global issues are incorporated into corporate supply chain and
logistic plans, taking local goals and investments into
consideration.
Responsible for the timely distribution of parts and products
directly to internal or external customers, including Solventum's
global service network (Oakdale depot repair, US field service,
global service centers, etc.)
Maintains a high level of service and customer satisfaction via
effective order planning and processing, inventory management, SKU
management, backorder prevention.
Manages the supply chain closely to ensure inventory accuracy and
minimize negative impact to the business: maintain good inventory
accounting practices, avoid excessive supply, and avoid backorder
situations (when supply is not available to meet demand).
Determines stock requirements by analyzing marketing plan(s),
historical consumption rates, supplier cost and lead time, and
material / product flows. Manages multiple warehouses with a wide
range of inventory.
Ensures supply chain participation in Healthcare divisions' new
product commercialization and scale-up activities; facilitates new
internal supply chain data management systems deployment.
Establishes, analyzes, and communicates business results as they
relate to supply chain activities to plant, division, and corporate
management. Represents the client as appropriate on business unit,
division, or corporate teams.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
At least two years analyzing and processing data in supply chain,
materials, or production operations management.
Proficient use of SAP, PowerBI, and/or other data analyzing tools
to create forecasts, prevent overstock, or perform other high-level
logistical functions.
Location: 100% onsite in OAKDALE, Minnesota 55128
Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr paid every two weeks on W2/W4
Duration: Scheduled for up to twelve months through Volt Workforce
Solutions, contingent on candidate performance and company business
needs.
