Description:What you will do:As a Class A driver you will play a vital role in the recycling process by driving trucks or tractor-trailers for collection services to ensure our customers' expectations are met in transporting or disposing various materials to the appropriate location.Operates heavy duty commercial trucks and tractor-trailersPerforms required pre-trip & post trip inspections and provides required reportsProvides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operationsMaintains all required certifications required by DOTAdheres to all OSHA and company safety programsMaintains and protects all propertyInforms on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehiclesMaintains various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulationsFuels truck at the end of each workdayOperates front end loader/ skid steer on as needed basisWhat's in it for you?Home nightlyLocal routesTypical schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm/occasional weekends possibleEnjoy paid premiums for health & dental insurance for you and your dependents401(k) Plan with Company matchPaid Time offBasic Life and AD&D InsuranceShort & Long Term Disability InsuranceRequirements:To qualify for this role you will have:Have a valid Minnesota CDL Class ATanker Endorsement or willing to obtainAbility to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid health card and licenseAbility to lift up to 40 poundsPrevious heavy equipment experience a plusExperience with the following a plus: Roll-off, tractor-trailer, walking floor, end dump, van trailer, flat-bed, skid-steer, front end wheel loaderDem-Con Companies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
