Description Details Location: Lake City, MN Pay starting at: $18.50+ per hour (based on skills & experience) Shift details: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) OT as needed on Fridays NO Weekends Full Time / Direct Hire Benefits on Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis 401kwith company match Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing (Eligible after 1 year of service) Tuition Reimbursement (Eligible after 6 months of service) Duties & Responsibilities Assembly line & work cell positions Using small hand & power tools Operating small machines Job rotation Testing and packaging of finished goods Forming of various metals Repetitive work at a fast pace Job Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
