Job SummaryCRH is seeking a skilled Grounds Person/Operator to join our team. As an Operator at CRH, you will be responsible for operating a vertical grinder to grind or polish glass edges, tracking and recording edger production, and communicating with operators on each shift.Key Responsibilities

Operate a vertical grinder to grind or polish glass edges
Track, locate, and record edger production on schedules provided by the Lead person
Communicate production demands with operators on each shift
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Operate an overhead assist lift
Complete daily work sheets and formsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.CRH is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
