Job Description:

The Process Tech/Setup Person must be a positive role model to others and use their people skills to communicate with the departments from upper Management, Plant Manager, Supervisors, and Tooling. Hours are 7:am-3:pm M-F.

Be knowledgeable of Quality Policy.
Set up, cycle & start molds / jobs.
Perform mold validations when directed.
Accurately & systematically, assess molds & machine cycles.
Fill in the necessary documentation.
Follow Quality Plan.
Participate in Plant Safety.
Assist in tool maintenance & reporting tool issues.
Other tasks as prescribed by Supervisor/Management.

High School Diploma, 2 or more years of experience if not promoted from within. To be in good physical condition, have no restrictions and have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Must have the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work on one's own. Must be able to do precise work with attention for detail. Must have a high level of mechanical aptitude. Must be able to operate a fork truck.

Ability to do precise work with attention to detail.
Have good vision and the ability to interpret quality plans or the job process.
Perform inspections accordingly.

Detail-oriented, organized and able to apply effective time management skills in order to meet all deadlines. Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks and numerous projects in a fast- paced environment.

Some computer skills, including Microsoft Xcel.
Able to display high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and needs of individuals both internal and external to the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a variety of people and personalities inside the organization. Able to affectively handle interactions at all levels and to respond appropriately in sensitive situations.
Self-motivated, fast learner, show initiative, willing to seek out needs and meet them.
Diplomacy and tact to handle and resolve difficult issues.
Able to maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
Display flexibility to meet organization's unique needs and to be productive in an environment with regular interruptions.
