Job Description:
The Judge Group is currently searching for a Production Manager
for a large food manufacturing facility located in
Iowa.--Responsibilities:*Lead and support the production department
while adhering to company quality, food safetyand industrial safety
standards.*Establish leadership and set the strategic direction for
the manufacturing team.*Deliver the required business results while
developing a culture of ownership and accountability.*Ability to
implement new systems and procedures*Sets aggressive goals to drive
improvements with clear and visual goals and accountability*Deliver
against business and regulatory requirements*Assesses manufacturing
staff for performance and job fit.--Requirements:---Degree highly
preferred---Experience managing salaried professionals*Experience
with HACCP and SQF principles*Strong USDA processing background in
poultry operations--*5+ years of management experience*Change agent
