We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Worker I position on a 12-hour day or night shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $52,000-$60,000 per year. Interested? Read below for more information! What a Maintenance Worker will do:

• Perform preventative maintenance checks and services
• Conduct inspections, including preserving, tightening, alignments, and other minor adjustments
• Lubricate and clean machinery
• Replace facility components and assemblies
• Replace piece parts
• Evacuate unserviceable equipment What you need to be a Maintenance Worker:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and work 12-hour shifts - position will start as 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts for 2 months, then transfer to 12-hour shifts
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic functions of extrusion equipment and supporting automation equipment
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with team members, leads, and maintenance team
