Plan, Build, Run, you'll be responsible for enhancing operational

IT Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the plan,
build, run (PBR) strategy and execution for the Supply Chain
value-stream, including planning, IBP (integrated business
planning), and delivery (warehouse management, transportation, and
logistics). You'll serve as the IT liaison for the Medtronic Global

--- Thought leadership & Industry expertise: Be creative and
innovative with regards to your knowledge and awareness of industry
trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and
business needs.
--- Build and manage the relationship team to ensure convergence
and strategic partnering with the business partner team.
--- Manage end-to-end cost and performance of projects/programs and
products -
--- Manage the sourcing, vendor management and contracting in the
Plan and Deliver IT spaceBuild & Run
--- This role is the ultimate IT leader accountable to
operationalize the IT strategy, deliver on-time and in-budget,
enable/advocate for the necessary process transformations, and
finally ensure adoption and value realization.
--- Responsible for defining the technical roadmap and architecture
of applications within Plan and Deliver application portfolio; deep
technical expertise in corresponding SAP and BlueYonder modules
--- Experience in leading and driving the implementation of one or
more of the following: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,
advanced planning system (APS), warehousing systems, Transportation
Management System (TMS), warehouse automation and digitization
(Industry 4.0), and data analytics and their interactions in the
support and management of supply chain processes, operations, and
master data
--- Build and maintain a comprehensive milestone plan for the
overall portfolio, based on the current plans of each constituent
project to monitor overall progress of the portfolio (with
particular focus on budgets, key milestones, resources, and
dependencies)
--- Engage in Portfolio Reviews to analyze portfolio level metrics,
and review progress, resolve dependencies and risks, review
capacity allocations, identify opportunities for continuous
improvement
--- Ensure project and initiative progress, including consistent
and effective communication. This includes managing escalation and
avoiding risk.
--- World-class IT practices. Develop roadmap to adopt IT industry
best practices across product life cycle, including but not limited
to code quality, code reviews, configuration management,
configuration over customization, testing, release management,
etc.
--- Operational Excellence. As the senior IT leader for the
function, this role is the senior point of scalation for IT
day-to-day operations and is also accountable to drive our vision
of IT exceptional experiences by partnering with the different IT
groups in a culture of extreme ownership. Proactively define and
monitor performance and KPIs, drive continues improvement and lean
six-sigma mindset to identify and eliminate true root-cause of
issues. -Architecture
--- Advise business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit
and translate high level business needs into technological
solutions so that the portfolio of IT solutions aligns with
business priorities and objectives
--- Assess the current IT environment and develop a long-term
strategic plan for IT architecture to create a vision of future
ready, highly efficient, architecture
--- Own the enterprise view of cross domain architecture, and lead
the design and management of reference architectures to guide
solution-specific architecture
--- Act as an advisor to IT strategic planning efforts, by helping
business leaders clarify their objectives and expectations for
technological innovation efforts
--- Introduce and accelerate new technologies and methodologies to
expedite and support digital transformation
--- Promote the use of a shared infrastructure and application
roadmap to reduce costs and improve information flow
--- Plan and execute periodic technology initiatives to educate the
entire architecture group on internal objectives and technology
trendsArchitecture Governance
--- Develop, maintain, and periodically review the policies,
standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency in architectural
standards, and technology framework across different solutions
--- Lead the design and modeling of tactical architectures for
delivery, development, and support of different projects to build
best in class architecture
--- Manage and facilitate an architectural review board to evaluate
project proposals for architectural fit and manage architectural
dependences between projects
--- Initiate periodic reviews of all solutions to validate
adherence to enterprise standards and generate solutions to remedy
architecture that vary from the standard MUST HAVE (Minimum
Qualifications) --- 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's
degree or 13+ years of experience with an advanced degree --- 10+
years of managerial experience NICE TO HAVE (Preferred
Qualifications) o Previous Medtronic experience o 10+ years
relevant experience working with Supply Chain functions,
principles, and processes across demand planning, supply planning,
transportation management, warehousing, and global distribution
network management o Demonstrated experience and responsibility for
IT strategy and team management o Strong experience with Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) systems, advanced planning system (APS),
warehousing systems, Transportation Management System (TMS),
warehouse automation and digitization (Industry 4.0), and data

supply chain processes, operations, and master data o Demonstrated
experience working across the systems development lifecycle and
systems support process (e.g. SDLC and ITIL Frameworks) o Strong
executive-level leadership skills (including active listening
skills, presentation skills) and proven ability to work effectively
in a collaborative, inclusive organization, and environment across
all levels in the organization including senior executive through
business analysts o Proven business acumen with general management
perspective o Ability to identify and assign resources toward
specific IT product initiatives --- 5+ years of experience
facilitating the development and implementation of business
initiatives and projects, based on management objectives o Ability

vertically within the business unit, as well as with leadership and

certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with
federal/local regulations and may vary by experience,
