You will exercise considerable judgment to adapt standard machines to special purposes. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain workmanship standards to maintain efficiency or accuracy of machine tools.
• Perform testing of equipment
• Scrape ways and bearings, line levels and adjust machine.
• Use a variety of machine tools.
• Order supplies as required.
• Review drawings and schematics
• Determine root cause failure of equipment.
• Prepare and update equipment records.
• Maintain work area. YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Machine repair experience (ideally CNCs)
  • Experience with Fluid Power Technology
  • Use of vertical mills/lathes
  • Experience with vacuum pumps, fluid pumps, air compressors
  • Ability to use computers and computer interfaces.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. WE VALUE
