Minneapolis Permanent USD90,000 - USD130,000 per year

The company is known for its expertise in construction management, general contracting, and design-build services. Our client has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of a Project Manager (Industrial Construction):
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and supervise team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Manage project scope, risks, and changes to ensure project success
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
  • Traing and develop field personal and assistant project managers

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing industrial projects
    • Design-Build or Food/Beverage construction experience
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementWhat's on Offer
      • A competitive base salary between $90,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
