    ACCOUNTABILITIES : (Key roles, responsibilities & functions for this position)


    • Builds strategic recommendations for area of focus and sets plan and work priorities for cross-functional teams


    • Leads from within by creating connections internally and externally, building strong, long-lasting partnerships with partners. Consultation with executive leaders.


    • Reviews and approves work of others, provides mentorship and broad leadership and guidance to marketing colleagues. Often works autonomously.


    • Uses available data and insights to plan, optimize and innovate. Assesses insights and data, understands business opportunities, and clearly communicates vision and plan to team


    • Leads cross-functional team to delivery on strategy and ensures team understands work and their roles related to overall outcomes


    • Accountable for major initiative(s) or organization-wide strategy. Owns areas of execution oversight ensuring execution is delivered on strategy


    • Presents, communicates, and persuades to build alignment and partnership to reach desired goals


    • Manages related resources in for both team and budgets, can make decisions affecting deadlines and budgets


    • Ensures all work is delivered on time, on strategy and on budget


    • Performs other duties and projects as assigned


      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : (Minimum qualifications needed for this position)


      • Bachelor's degree or 4+ equivalent years of job-related experience


      • 7 years of marketing experience


      • Experience creating strong partnerships, including with senio leadership.


      • Proven ability to use data and insights to develop marketing strategies and tactics that lead to positive outcomes


      • Extensive experience proactively building formal and informal networks that enable teams to achieve their goals


      • Strong presentation and persuasion or influencing skills, particularly with senior leader level audiences


      • Well-organized, able to handle a variety of complex projects and define and negotiate priorities and thrive under deadline pressure


      • Demonstrates results driven work with strong outcomes - measurement, analysis and evolution work


      • Takes responsibility for decisions, actions and failures and coaches peers on how to do the same. Role models personal commitment and guides team action to continuously improve


      • Clear, timely and effective strategic communicator that actively listens, asks great questions, and proactively seeks out multiple perspectives to inform their approach


        PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

        • Specific health care experience, leadership experience (in similar role without people leadership)

          DECISION-MAKING : (What rules or precedents limit the activities and authority of this position? What types of problems or decisions are referred to the supervisor?)

          • Autonomy to make decisions and approvals directly related to their accountabilities. Can make decisions affecting deadlines and budgets.
