Senior Compensation Analyst
POWER Engineers, Inc. has grown significantly over the past 5 years

Senior Compensation Analyst to help contribute to our long-term
compensation strategy; not only to support this growth but to

Roles and Responsibilities
In this position, you'll facilitate data gathering for compensation
programs to support and align with business objectives and
strategy. You'll be involved in designing, implementing, and
administering the company's compensation programs, including base
pay plans, job analysis and descriptions, bonus programs, salary
market analysis, and more.
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge in the
following areas:
Maintaining compensation policies and guidelines
Developing special compensation programs or incentive plans as
needed
Assisting with the administration of executive compensation and
benefit programs
Ensuring accurate and current job descriptions for all positions in
the organization
Conducting job analysis to determine appropriate market salary
levels according to compensation guidelines and policy
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, management,
finance, accounting or other related field or equivalent
experience
Demonstrated experience in analysis, design, and critiquing
compensation plans
Experience participating in and analyzing salary survey
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects
concurrently
Five plus years relevant experience
Desired Education/Experience
CCP certification
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics HRIS/ERP
Familiarity with compensation tools such as Pay Factors or
Salary.com Comp Analytics
Experience creating visuals and presentations to share data
insights

POWER is a fun engineering firm. That might seem contradictory to
some, but it works for us!
Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $67,000-104,000.00
per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the
candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This
figure does not include additional compensation such as health
benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
