Carpentry Contractors Company, a part of Lyman Companies, a Division of US LBM is seeking an Maintenance Coordinator for the Montrose Location.

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 7:00AM - 5:00PM

Wage: 30.00 - 35.00 per hour based on experience.

How You Will Spend Your Days as a Maintenance Coordinator:

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures to production equipment
• Trouble shoot and perform equipment repairs as issues arise
• Follow all policies and procedures (ex. Lock Out/Tag Out)
• Perform facility maintenance
• Set up and/or move new and existing equipment
• Clean offices, shops, and bathrooms as needed
• Other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
  Experience
  
  • Knowledge. Knowledge of electric (inc. single/3 phase power, low voltage, motors, and servos), automation devices (inc. PLCs and sensors), pneumatics (inc. screw compressors, cylinders, valves, and tools).Computer skills (basic outlook, word and excel etc.)
  • Skills. Ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and hand/power tools.
  • Physical. Ability to stand, sit, or stoop for 10-12+ hour work shifts. Overtime may be required.
  • Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift.
  • Willingness. Must have the drive to learn and stay on task with limited supervision.
  • Environment. Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons and in all conditions.
  • Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance.
