Job Purpose & Responsibilities: Manages and controls all oven activities and assists with quality inspections.Place and remove parts in/out of ovens per requirementsMonitor temperature on display as required by the shop paperworkMonitor the wheel chart, ensure it is operational, and display the same temperature as indicated on the temperature display and shop paperwork.Manage all incoming jobs requiring bakingMake sure the time from plating to the oven is metEnsure jobs are baked to meet the required time and temperatureEnter all information required in the computer systemEnsure all documentation is properly filled out, completed, and filedResponsible for Oven Logs, Oven Charts, and Oven SAT (System Accuracy Test), and reportsVisual - using internal standardsMonitor X-Ray and Handheld Instruments, and as required by customers, to inspect coating thicknessInspect Thread Gauges, Pin Gouges, Caliber, Micrometer, and other instruments as requiredShop paperwork completion - ensuring the paperwork has been properly filled out and signed offMust learn to operate a forklift - must pass the testMaintain daily logs and charts for ovensInteract with co-workers, supervisors, and managers in a professional manner Job Specific Requirements:Ability to process product with little to no direction, all substrate requiredGood organizational skills and the ability to follow instructionsBasic math and geometry for figuring the square footage of parts and racks, and amperage requirements for plating thicknessAbility to coordinate more than one job at a timeAbility to maintain a regular and reliable attendance recordFluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English languageGood hand/eye coordinationAbility to lift and move 1-50 lbs. as neededAbility to interact with co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative mannerAbility to mentor and train less experienced production platers Shift: 5:00 am - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday + OT as scheduled Wage Range: $25.00 / hour Signing Bonus: $5000 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus) HOW TO APPLY:Upload a current resume and answer the questions provided (completing this task provides a little insight into you).If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted via email.
