Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for organization and project management of the facility and grounds of KEB. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Upkeep of facilityInspect building, equipment, and systems to identify any issuesRepair faulty equipment and damaged structuresDevelop and implement preventative maintenance proceduresPlan and schedule repairsConduct periodic quality checksPerform general maintenance tasksCoordinate with vendors for various building maintenanceCoordinates, prioritizes, and manages projectsPerform other duties as required or assigned REPORTING RELATIONSHIP(S):Vice President of Operations QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the education, certifications, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.Education / ExperienceAssociate's degree in Industrial Building Engineering and Maintenance, Project Management or equivalent education/experience.
