**Job Description**Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field with a approximately four yearsrelated experience with Classified Computer Networks. This experience should generate familiarity with Operations and Maintenance within a closed room client-server environment.The candidate should be ableto perform daily closed room activities, e.g. ensure systems are operational, transfer data, ensure backups are complete and work well with other IT specialists supporting engineering customers. It is preferred that the candidate be able to support Windows and Linux systems for application serving, licensing, backups, auditing and monitoring.In support of projects, the candidate will validate requirements and provide User Acceptance Testing of the implemented project design. Additionally, candidate maintains knowledge of classified network standards and policies, so contributions align with security requirements. The candidate will ensure that the BAE Systems Classified Network are operating efficiently so that all service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.The candidate will need to be eligible to receive a security clearance within 3 months of hire date or have an active Secret clearance.CompTIA Security (or equivalent) may be required to work in some of the customer labs, and preference will be given to candidates who hold this certificate.**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**Bachelor's Degree and 4years'work experience or equivalent.- Experience with Windows systems and administration.- Experience with supporting Linux systems.- Basic understanding of networking with Cisco equipment.- Experience operating in closed rooms and procedures supporting classified information.- Manage the installation and upgrade of IT systems.- Ability to troubleshoot problems within client / server environment.- Effectively communicate with customers and technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems.**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**- Strong Linux and Windows experience and skills.- General knowledge of Cisco equipment.- Veeam and Veritas Netbackup experience.- VMWare experience.- Familiar with operations of audit logs and making data available for reviewers.- Preferred Secret clearance level.**IT Technical Support Analyst, Classified support****85611BR**EEO Career Site Equal Opportunity Employer.
