financial security. Role Purpose: We are seeking an entry-level
Business Intelligence & Technology Analyst that has responsibility
for system & user access support, data governance, reporting, and
analytics. The role is an individual contributor working alongside
a team of substantive BI and IT professionals and will receive
guidance and coaching to continue their career. The role will
leverage the existing tools and platforms available to the account
(SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Data Bricks) to support a strategic client
with a key focus on improving compliance, reducing cost, and
increasing productivity. What this job involves: * Support Digital
Lead with system maintenance and IT tickets * Support Digital Lead
with development and management of on account data management and
governance program * Support Digital Lead with custom
development/maintenance of Smartsheet, SharePoint List and JLL
Tracker Application * Support Digital Lead with account user access
and BI annual SOC2 compliance user access audits * Understand
business/client requirements: ensure the solutions & services
provided are relevant and address the key business needs * Support
small-to-medium-scaled projects conducted by the team * Design,
develop, and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards
in Tableau * Own minor adjustments and/or support behaviors related
to Tableau dashboards, Alteryx workflows, SSRS reports, and
documentation * Sourcing data from internal MS SQL Server
databases, Data Bricks, Tableau published data sources, external
sources, and leveraging ETL tools when needed * Speak up when you
see areas of improvement related to optimal BI/analytics strategies
or execution * Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
and manage their expectations * Develop own expertise and share it
with the team members to help grow the team * Support more senior
team members in day to day work * Come to work hungry to learn

critical thinking skills * Strong analytical mindset with an
ability to interpret, visualize and tell the story behind the data
* Focus on providing relevant solutions to the clients' challenges,
which drive productivity, profitability, client satisfaction or
other important business metrics * Able to deliver high-quality
work in a timely manner within a tight timeline * A team player
with excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to
effectively communicate both with technical experts and management
* A passion to further excel in learning BI, including business &
client understanding, business analysis, data visualization,
databases, data integration, ETL, and advanced analytics * Working
experience in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) * Querying databases
(SQL) and/or ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Data Bricks, Azure Data
Factory) * Working experience in analytical toolkit (e.g. SPSS,
SAS, R, Python) * Working experience in an Agile environment
Experience: * A IT or BI expert with 2-3 years of data analytics or
IT experience * Alteryx Core Certification & Tableau Certifications
Preferred * Strong interpersonal skills and the personal
credibility to engage and influence stakeholders * Ability to build
constructive and collaborative working relationships * Demonstrates
an ability to learn new techniques and tools * Domain experience in
operations, real estate, project management, or finance a plus *
Experience with Agile methodologies and framework a plus Location:
Warsaw Poland but anywhere in continental US is acceptable. Virtual
position optional. Reporting relationships: This position reports
into the Digital Lead within the Digital Team Direct reports: None,
however the Analyst will be expected to knowledge share and support
both personal continuous learning and that of peers within the
on-account BI team as well as the BI Center of Excellence.
