Description

Surest is actively seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Knowledge Analyst to ensure service teams have the have the knowledge needed to support an exceptional member experience. Surest is looking for an analyst who can work cross-functionally with teams across the enterprise translate business requirements into meaningful and detailed analytics output. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • This position has primary accountability for knowledge author responsibilities, including updates and enhancements to policy, process, and benefit content
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and service teams
  • Evaluate feature release note details and incorporate into existing operations process, training, and alert documentation
  • Evaluate regulatory service bulletins, compliance requests, and client questions/requests requiring assessment of service support and documentation of service process change
  • Coordinate internal and external feedback and collaborate to facilitate process improvement, effective change management, and prioritize technology enhancements
  • Technology migration: Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to take Surest specific needs and apply them to modernize Surest knowledge management and agent assist platforms
  • Serves as a resource to others about knowledge assets and capabilities

    Required Qualifications:
    • Associate's Degree (or higher)
    • 4+ plus years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
    • 2+ years of experience with knowledge management and/or process documentation experience in a customer service environment
    • 1+ years of health care payer or provider experience
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
      • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications

        • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

          California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Washington or New York, Rhode Island Residents Only: The salary range for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / Washington / New York / Rhode Island residents is $56,300 - $110,400.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
