• 401k plan with company match Expectations Deliciously Exceeded. Job Purpose As part of the Transportation team, this role will provide assistance on the delivery and transportation processes from beginning to end and act as a liaison with key stakeholders throughout.Essential Functions
  • Presetting delivery appointments by accessing our customer portals.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in TMS and SAP systems
  • Research freight deliveries and report out on exceptions with accurate reason codes
  • Customer complaint review and processing as they relate to transportation.
  • Freight claim processing and follow up to include providing carrier disposition.
  • Freight invoice processing.
  • Supports the Transportation Analyst as a backup.
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Other Job duties as assigned.
  • Conduct daily duties in a professional manner Qualifications (Education/Experience)
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1+ year of logistics / supply chain support experience
    • Knowledge of business office operations, supply chain operations.
    • Logistics and transportation knowledge
    • SAP knowledge.
    • Experience in freight coordination outbound and/or inbound.
    • Excellent time management skill
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
    • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other computer applications is also very desirable.
    • Able to work independently yet efficiently and proactive
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of the supply chain process
    • The person in this position frequently communicates with colleagues and management. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
