THE BIG PICTURE
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreperson
responsible for providing skilled craftsmanship for maintenance and
installation of electrical systems. Provides oversight to
Electrical craft team based on the project schedule as well as
state and federal requirements. You should possess a high-level of
organization skills, flexibility, excellent customer focus, and
strong communication skills to be successful in your duties. If you

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A. High school diploma or GED
B. Minimum 2 years of related experience
C. Trade or technical school certification/diploma
G. Current driver's license
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Ability to frequently work in heat and other weather
conditions
B. Frequently crouch, kneel, squat, climb
C. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
D. Frequently reach high and low places
E. Ability to see, hear, balance, and review job sites
F. Ability to stand and walk throughout work day
G. Ability to use repetitive hand/arm/leg movements
