Job Description:

Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform Lead Semiconductor Technician You will develop CAD designs and models for semiconductor test fixturing, including integrated circuit sockets, contactor pins and device carriers used to manufacture and test advance QML microelectronic semiconductor components. You will be involved with the development of circuit designs, schematics, and layouts of printed circuit boards. You will work with suppliers and manufacturers to produce and build the components you design. Key Responsibilities

• Develop CAD designs and models of test fixturing used in semiconductor test.
• Work with suppliers on manufacturing test sockets and fixturing
• Participate in printed circuit board design, development and layout.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support operations in debug and troubleshooting of fixturing.
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Use measuring and diagnostic tools YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2 year degree in applicable field.
  • CAD- Mechanical and/or Electrical experience
  • Ability to obtain security clearance at Secret level. WE VALUE
    • Solidworks, Autocad or Inventor experience
    • Cadence Electrical Experience
    • 3+ years' experience with CAD mechanical or electrical
    • Ability to analyze information and concepts
    • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
    • Ability to identify key details
    • Ability to troubleshoot
    • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
    • Creative thinking and idea generation
