We are seeking a candidate who is dependable, punctual and has the ability to work quickly with accuracy to join our growing business. The Warehouse Team Member position is located in Shakopee, Minnesota. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager to execute the projects in accordance with corporate policy. The ideal candidate will have basic Warehouse background, but willing to train the right candidate. The Warehouse Team Member will work an 8 hour day shift, Monday thru Friday, with overtime on occasion. Typical hours are 6:00 - 3:30.

Requirements:
Organize stock and materials within the warehouse by properly storing goods in their designated location(s)Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and assist management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped or received (using field-clicks software and office calendar)Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice / packing slip to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent conditionMonitor and report any missing, damaged, or lost inventory to managementProperly pack or load material to be shipped out according to company standards to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent conditionOrganize and sort items on shelving, bins, racks, containers, etc. according to company standardsClearly label and identify all materialsReliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shippedAssist with any equipment maintenance as neededOperate forklift, skid-steer, and/or telehandler as neededLoad & unload trucks and trailers quickly and safelyIdentify and process any return materials according to customer standardsAlways keep work areas clean and neat - remove all trash nightlyPick up and deliver materials as needed.
