Business Execution Consultant in Corporate Risk as part of
Compliance Quality Assurance . Learn more about the career areas
and lines of business at .The Lead Business Execution Consultant
will be an individual contributor on the Compliance Quality
Assurance team. Similar to Audit testing, the Quality Assurance
team will perform reviews of the quality of design and execution
for Compliance processes, controls, milestones, etc. The Quality
Assurance team will provide the Chief Compliance Officer a view
into the quality of execution (i.e. timeliness, data quality,
policy/process adherence, etc.) of Compliance Processes and
controls supporting the Compliance Program.In this role, you
will:
- Support the build out and execution of the Compliance Quality
Assurance program
- Apply a consistent and repeatable process whereby you engage
with process owners to understand a process and associated
controls, design custom test scripts for that process, execute and
document high-quality reviews (to include employing a sampling
strategy), and report on the findings
- Document all findings and communicate and defend the reason for
the findings when appropriate
- Engage and communicate with senior Compliance leaders, so
excellent verbal and written communications will be a routine part
of this role
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk
exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations
requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area
or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and
support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced staff within the
groupRequired Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or
Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through
one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,
military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
- Audit, Testing, or Quality Assurance experience
- Knowledge and understanding of process controls, to include
control design and or execution
- Experience in compliance or operational risk management
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational
levels, particularly senior management
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations, management
reporting, and analysis
- A Master's Degree or higher or comparable professional risk
