Job Description:
Red Wing Aviation is seeking to hire an IT Support Technician to
work out of our headquarter office in Bay City, WI. This position
will support IT office requests of Red Wing Aviation and other
Vista Global remote offices.Red Wing Aviation is one of the largest

key aspects of business aviation.IT Support TechnicianThe IT
Support Technician is responsible for Level I & II IT and
Application Support offered to our users from all Vista Global
Offices. Seen as the face of IT, the IT Support Technician will be
responsible for carrying out IT Support tasks both remotely and via
desk-side. The goal is to provide an efficient and reliable IT
Service by utilizing ITIL Principles and aligning them to
VistaGlobal fast pace and growing IT environment.This position will
work closely with our Global IT Service Desk, Application Support
Analysts, IT Infrastructure Specialists as well as IT Management in
general.The IT Support Technician will be responsible for using and
contributing to IT Support operational procedures and process,
reporting to the Global IT Support Manager, under supervision of
the ApplicationIT Support Team Leads.DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a collaborative team player with
excellent customer support in handling global IT Support
ticketsProviding onsite Level II IT support to internal clients Red
Wing Aviation and Vista Global remote officesResponsible for Level
I & Level II IT Infrastructure and Applications; some project tasks
ad hoc Infrastructure task (Datacenter and Comms Room
Racking)Participate in Team Meetings and CommunicationsIT Ticket
Logging and Queue managementSupport of other IT Functions such as
Application Support and Infrastructure Teams.Participation in rota
such as ticket allocator and early shiftQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's
degree in a closely related field of study3 years of experience in
a similar IT Admin support rolenWide knowledge of Desktop OS and
applications (Windows, MAC, Linux)Active Directory
AdministrationCloud based infrastructure such as Office 365 and
ExchangeMDM (Mobile Device Management i.e. AirWatch, BES
etc)Internet Browser support (All popular browsers, Firefox,
Chrome, Edge etc.)Issuing and handling user hardware (Windows PCs
and laptops, Macs and mobile devices)Willingness to learn and
support in-house technologies; bespoke applicationsWorking within a
structured support environment with request logging softwareAble to
follow processes and proceduresLogical thinker and able to
prioritize workload and urgencyStrong Customer Service EthicAbility
to travel as neededAbility and willingness to work an on-call
schedule and available as required
