This position reports to Sr Global Manager of Digital Marketing. According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as Exempt, based on the Professional Exemption. Opportunity Overview The role is a highly visible addition to the Banner Marketing team, responsible for creating and providing active measurement of the efforts that support product communications and marketing. As a nimble team with active cross-functional partners in product and sales, this role will work to create the analytic structure and provide the essential reporting that shapes continued activity across the teams. You will work to gain a nuanced understanding of the current product families and Banner's existing web footprint in terms of structure, content, and performance. The Marketing team anticipates significant changes to enhance the web site experience in 2021, and work may include addition to, transitions from, or re-tooling of significant content volume and design. Part of your responsibility will be determining the course, creating the essential analytics to help continued, informed decision-making. What You Will Be Doing * Manages and grows digital analytics execution (planning, implementing, and reporting) for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Display Network for improvement and optimization. * Establishes a common language and definitions of metrics to ensure consistency across the organization. * Sets up core dashboards and reports to create a digital marketing team scorecard. * Partners with product stakeholders to understand priorities and develop strategies to meet requirements including building metric/KPI dashboards and reports. * Ensures compliance for data tagging structures to ensure data accuracy for new and existing products; supports on-page SEO execution. * Manages A/B testing infrastructure and executes testing strategies needed to optimize digital channels, including sharing results & insights. * Collaborates with marketing team coworkers and other stakeholders to define and implement data-driven hypotheses and experiments. Analyzes data and communicate insights to improve products and processes. * Develops a thorough knowledge of our businesses and product portfolio. Ensures results translate into dashboards and summaries that lead to recommendations and greater impact for products or features. * Open to learning and assisting with added analytics, from social media to PR tools What You Need to Be Successful In order to perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and regular attendance is required. Required * Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related study/experience in marketing sufficient to understanding of essential, modern principles and technology * Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager required. * Analytics experience within the Marketing and Communications discipline required. * Experience with user testing, Google Optimize and understanding of customer experience design. * 3+ years of experience in web and mobile analytics, conversion rate optimization, and personalization programs. * Knowledge of PowerBI, or similar data manipulation and visualization tool. * Ability to collaborate and synthesize quickly due to competing priorities, staying focused on business objectives and managing through influence. * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. * Comfort with building from scratch This job description reflects management's assignment of key responsibilities; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
