Paragon IT Professionals (A leader in IT Staffing and Placement Services for over 23 years) is seeking an Lead Business Systems Analyst to work on the Dynamics CRM team. This is with our premier client based in Minneapolis, however, the job can be fully remote.**This will most likely be a 3 month contract-to-hire situation**We are looking for someone who has lead experience, is energetic, is an excellent communicator, and eager to learn.--Ideally this person will have experience with the Sales application module of Dynamics 365.--The Lead Business Systems Analyst is accountable to the Dynamics CRM Platform Director for managing the work effort of a team of business analysts on large strategic initiatives.Duties* Manages business analysis process for Dynamics CRM projects.--Oversees and conducts the following.* Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring* Works w/ program manager and sponsor to identify stakeholders and scope* Represents team of analyst on a program to provide input to the project approach and schedule, including identifying analysis activities and individuals required to be involved in those activities* Identifies appropriate corrective action for business analysis activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope* Requirement Gathering and Analysis* Requirements Management and CommunicationMinimum Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience* Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and consult effectively with employees at all levels.* General knowledge of business and IT systems.* Strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative.* Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.This is a contract to hire role - fully remoteIf you qualify and are interested - apply now!
