Description:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and repair to pneumatic, electro-mechanical, hydraulic and CNC machines (Injection Mold)DUTIES:Perform and document routine preventative maintenance on all machinesReplenish liquids as needed to maintain prescribed operating levelsCheck and repair broken lines and hoses and replace valves as neededClean the screws and barrels on the presses and check them for wearReports out-of-tolerance conditions for repair or replacementTrouble shoots machine problems and reports findingsReplace viewing windows in presses as neededRepairs or overhauls portable equipment or components removed from machineWires molds prior to installation into a pressOther duties as assigned About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
