Full-Time / Exempt Position Summary Timesavers LLC is seeking a
highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist & Sales
Administrator role. This role supports the execution of Timesavers’
marketing initiatives while providing critical operational support
to the sales team, our dealer network, and our customers. The ideal
candidate combines marketing execution skills with strong
administrative and organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support Create or coordinate marketing material creation,
including brochures, product information sheets, pictures, videos,
and digital content. Assist with trade show logistics, promotional
materials, and follow-up campaigns. Support annual Trade Show and
Dealer Event venue planning, preparation, and participation. Key
tasks include detailed planning in cooperation with key
stakeholders, show ordering, generation and preparation of
collateral materials, team attendance support items, and
coordination as needed during and post-event. Monitor product
performance, sales trends, and competitive activity to guide
product strategy and ensure the portfolio remains competitive in
the markets we serve. Gather, synthesize, and document
voice-of-customer feedback in cooperation with regional sales
managers, dealers, and customers with the goals of identifying
product gaps, improvements, new machine opportunities, and emerging
market needs. Develop and maintain product positioning, value
propositions, and key selling points to support the sales and
marketing teams. Maintain product roadmaps and support lifecycle
management for Timesavers machines, including product upgrades,
development planning, priorities, pricing strategy, and up to
end-of-life planning in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
Support product enhancement releases and product launches through
planning and coordination of product positioning, training, and
marketing collateral materials to ensure successful market
adoption. Website Updates & SEO: Performing minor website updates,
optimizing content for search engines, implementing/updating new
pages, writing blogs, monitoring website performance and SEO
rankings. Perform planning and execution of marketing campaigns
including email marketing, digital campaigns, trade shows, and
social media. Manage marketing automation and lead tracking with
tools (ie HubSpot, Salesforce, Etc). Track marketing campaign cost
and performance, prepare basic stats/reports on key parameters.
Support the sales team with the collection, generation, and
dissemination of technical product and application knowledge
information, including training curriculum for internal and
external use. Lead new product launches, coordinating with
marketing on messaging, collateral, product training, and trade
show introductions. Monitor product performance, sales trends, and
profitability to guide pricing strategy, configuration offerings,
and product roadmap decisions. Assist with defining standard
machine configurations and options to streamline quoting and
manufacturing efficiency. Sales Administration Maintain standard
machine configurations, option structures, quotation details,
pricing guidelines, etc to streamline quoting infrastructure.
Support the sales process from lead generation and dispatching
through customer orders with administrative team support as needed.
Support annual Dealer Events through planning, preparation, and
participation. Maintain our Dealer Portal structure and content.
Support maintaining and updating customer and dealer information
within Salesforce (CRM). Assist with quote preparation, proposal
documentation, and sales documentation. Coordinate communication
between sales team, dealers, and internal departments. Support
sales pipeline tracking and reporting. Assist with order
documentation and coordination with operations when required. Help
ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and
marketing-generated leads. Perform other related duties as
assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2-5 years of
experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PC Usage. Ability to
multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Up to ~5 weeks/year
travel Preferred Experience with Salesforce CRM, Canva, Google
Analytics, and website content tools. Experience in industrial,
manufacturing, or B2B marketing environments. Familiarity with
marketing automation platforms and digital marketing tools.
Experience coordinating trade shows or industry events. Basic
knowledge of SEO, PPC, and analytics reporting Key Competencies
