This position is entry-level position that starts in Summer 2026. Starting Hourly Rate $26.00 per hour. An internship role within Roundel is an opportunity to be part of a strategic priority business for Target. This internal Retail Media Network develops creative multi-channel, integrated marketing solutions across digital platforms and in-store for their clients. Roundel drives audience strategies, media mix allocations, creative and media strategies that are aligned to client’s priorities and rooted in category and brands insight. This internal agency experience will give you exposure to the latest media, adtech, strategic marketing, and consultative selling trends in the industry and will be a great way to learn and set you up to access to our Roundel Ready! career development program post-graduation.
