Responsibilities/Job Description:Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedQualifications:Required:Current MN RN license or by start dateBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpracticeAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsWork experience in a patient support role, LPN or RNGood written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providersOverview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $36.64- $47 per hour.
