Our client, a leader in the plastics industry, is seeking a Press Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous industrial experience, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully with the organization.Job Title:1st Shift - Press OperatorLocation: Siren, WIPay Range: $15.25/hrWhat's the Job?

• Operate plastic injection molding machines following standard operating procedures.
• Perform visual inspections on plastic components and package finished products.
• Assemble products in accordance with customer guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment while adhering to quality standards.What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; plastic injection molding experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and basic math skills.
  • Must work with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.What's in it for me?
