As a Lead XD Researcher, you'll play a critical role in shaping our user experience strategy and delivering actionable research insights to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Strategic teams to identify and deliver high-value research insights.
• Plan and conduct user research to inform experience strategy and project execution.
• Analyze, synthesize, and interpret research results to drive design decisions.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to various stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
• Lead workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive consensus.
• Mentor team members in research, strategy, and testing best practices.
• Advocate for user-centered design philosophy and XD research best practices within the organization.Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in UX research and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and research methods.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
