As a key member of our team, you'll use the latest tools and techniques to restore wheels and wheel covers, earning uncapped earning potential and enjoying a competitive benefits package.Key Responsibilities

• Repair cosmetic damages to wheels and wheel covers using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids.
• Work independently on site at customer locations, restoring wheels to their original condition.
• Inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finish to ensure high-quality results.What We Offer

    • Auto painting experience or collision repair technical school training preferred but not required.
    • Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
    • Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with customers and build accounts.
    • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
    • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and climb, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on a highly incentivized commission structure. The starting compensation is expected to be between $50,000 and $65,000 annually.
