Job SummaryAs a Machine Operator at Kelly Services, Inc., you will be responsible for operating equipment and performing various tasks to produce high-quality products. Your duties will include inspecting, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging products, as well as safely lifting large panes of glass with a partner and placing them onto pallets for shipping.Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment and perform tasks such as inspecting, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling, and packaging products.
Safely lift large panes of glass with a partner and place them onto pallets for shipping.
Prepare glass for shipment by placing tabs between panes and shrink wrapping them for protection.
Perform glass lamination processes to enhance product durability and strength.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
