Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Lead Person Afternoons at Michael Foods Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota.Key Responsibilities

• Direct job assignments and support to Precooked line workers and operation in the department.
• Train new line workers and operators.
• Assist the shift supervisor in managing the Packaging Department.Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Successful completion of Powered Industrial Truck training program and forklift certification.Preferred Qualifications
    • One to three months related experience and/or training.
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
    • Ability to write simple correspondence.
    • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.Benefits
