Description:Novaspect, Inc., currently has an opportunity for a
full time Projects Inside Sales Representative to join our
fast-growing team. This position is part of the Novaspect
Engineered Solutions Team (NEST).In this role, you will own large
quotes and proposals in all stages of the sales cycle, including
interpreting customer specifications, recommending optimal
solutions, preparing quotations, following up on quotes, and
reviewing purchase orders all while ensuring customer service is
maintained.Projects Inside Sales Representative Essential
Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive engineered solutions to customer
specifications and requirements using products and services
provided by Novaspect.
- Articulate technical features and benefits of our products to
our customers.
- Expand sales opportunities when interacting with
customers.
- Troubleshoot customer technical questions and provide
aftermarket product support.
- Understand and implement pricing strategies, marketing and
account management plans.
- Communicate opportunities, discuss customer issues and work
with account managers and internal support teams in developing
customer account planning.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments
in products and industries.
- Actively participate with team members to achieve company
goals.Requirements: Projects Inside Sales Representative Education,
Knowledge and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in a Scientific/Technical discipline.
- 5+ years inside sales or related experience with good technical
knowledge of our products in flow control applications.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills and
experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
Salesforce CRM experience.
- Highly accountable and internally motivated by challenges.
- Ability to manage time well and handle multiple priorities
maintaining a positive attitude and composure. Projects Inside
Sales Representative Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs (i.e., Workstation Monitors and
Laptop Computers).
- Ability to work extended hours on a computer. Projects Inside
Sales Representative Pay:
- Cash compensation potential: $65,000 - $95,000 (includes base
salary & bonus) Projects Inside Sales Representative Benefits:

Projects Inside Sales Representative Schedule:
- 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
